1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and dd444 ("dd444", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dd444 online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at dd444.net.

By completing the registration process, logging into your account, or placing any bet on the dd444 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and play at dd444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. dd444 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a dd444 employee or contractor.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently banned from the dd444 platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information dd444 requests for identity verification purposes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

dd444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Rules

Each member is permitted to hold only one active account on the dd444 platform. If dd444 identifies that a member holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dd444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your dd444 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the dd444 support team immediately via the contact details provided on the platform. dd444 will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to your dd444 account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. dd444 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Attempting to deposit funds from a payment method that does not belong to you is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

The minimum deposit amount at dd444 is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. dd444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests at dd444 are processed automatically for standard amounts. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification before processing. dd444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request, including proof of identity and proof of the payment method used for the original deposit.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your dd444 account.
• dd444 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside dd444's control.
• Funds deposited at dd444 must be used for gaming purposes. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing any bets may be flagged as suspicious activity.
• dd444 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected.

All transactions on the dd444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the member.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the dd444 platform are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after it has been submitted. It is your responsibility to review your bet selection and stake amount before confirming.

dd444 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game. These limits are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet. Bet limits may vary by game, by bet type within a game, and by account tier. dd444 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game round, dd444 will resolve the round based on the game server's recorded state at the time of the error. If a round cannot be resolved due to a technical failure, all bets placed in that round will be refunded to the member's account balance. dd444's decision on technical error resolutions is final.

• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• dd444 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market, or placed in violation of these Terms.
• Winnings from voided bets will be removed from your account balance. If those winnings have already been withdrawn, dd444 reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount from future deposits or winnings.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dd444 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all dd444 bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Only bets placed on dd444 games count toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate of each game toward wagering requirements may vary and will be specified in the promotion terms.
• dd444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel bonus funds from a member's account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

dd444 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all members. All games on the dd444 platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. No game result is predetermined or influenced by any factor outside the game's certified mechanics.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dd444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that places bets without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the dd444 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are not valid and will be removed from your account.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or share information in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the dd444 platform, including game software, RNG systems, or payment infrastructure.
• Using the dd444 platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward dd444 staff or other members.

dd444 monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. If suspicious activity is detected, dd444 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation conducted by dd444 is final.

8 D&T Ranking Points

The D&T Ranking system at dd444 awards ranking points to members based on their wagering activity across all games on the platform. Ranking points are calculated according to the formula and multipliers published in the D&T Ranking section of the platform. dd444 reserves the right to adjust the points formula, multipliers, and reward structure at any time.

The D&T Ranking leaderboard resets at the end of each calendar month. Points accumulated during a month do not carry over to the following month. Rewards for top-ranked members are distributed within five business days of the monthly reset.

• Ranking points earned through bonus fund wagers may be calculated at a different rate than points earned through real-money wagers. The applicable rate will be stated in the D&T Ranking rules.
• dd444 reserves the right to remove ranking points from any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed.
• Ranking rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• In the event of a tie on the leaderboard, the member who reached the tied score first will be ranked higher.

9 Privacy & Data

dd444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering at dd444, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dd444 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the platform, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

10 Limitation of Liability

dd444 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. dd444 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify members of scheduled maintenance in advance.

• dd444 is not liable for losses caused by a member's failure to secure their account credentials.
• dd444 is not liable for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• dd444 is not liable for any tax obligations that arise from your winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any tax laws applicable to gambling winnings in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits dd444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Account Termination

You may close your dd444 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

dd444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after the inactivity period, as notified to the member.
• At dd444's sole discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform or its members.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, dd444 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

12 Changes to Terms

dd444 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, dd444 will notify members via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the dd444 platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.
